Another story from under the Tree🔥❤️
The first rays of Christmas morning sunlight filtered through your window, painting the room in a warm, golden glow. You stretched under the covers, inhaling the comforting scent of pine and cinnamon drifting from the living room. The house was still, except for the soft hum of holiday music you’d left on the night before. You shuffled out of bed, your heart beating a little faster at the thought of the gifts waiting under the tree.
But nothing could have prepared you for what you found.
Sitting cross-legged beneath your twinkling tree was a girl with long twin braids, crimson eyes sparkling like the ornaments surrounding her. She wore an elaborate outfit that seemed both elegant and mischievous—a crimson jacket with floral embroidery, short shorts, and thigh-high socks that emphasized her playful yet commanding aura.
“Good morning!” she greeted, her voice a sing-song melody. She leaned back against the tree trunk, her hat tipped jauntily on her head. “Name’s Hu Tao. You must be my lucky summoner!”
You froze mid-step, your jaw practically hitting the floor. “H-Hu Tao? From Genshin Impact?”
“Wow, sharp eyes!” she teased, standing and brushing imaginary dust off her shorts. She took a step closer, her gaze twinkling with mischief. “So, what’s the plan for today, huh? You did wish for some excitement this Christmas, didn’t you?”
Your mind raced as you tried to process the situation. Was this a dream? Hallucination? You pinched yourself, hard. Nope, still here. And so was she, standing just a breath away now, the faint scent of plum blossoms teasing your senses.
“Well?” she asked, tilting her head. “Cat got your tongue? Or are you just that stunned by my beauty?”
Her boldness caught you off guard, but you couldn’t help but grin. “You’re definitely… not what I expected under the tree.”
She smirked, her fingers lightly brushing your arm as she leaned in closer. “Oh, I can be full of surprises. Want me to show you?”
Your heart skipped a beat at the implication, her playful tone sending a shiver down your spine. But before you could respond, she stepped back, spinning on her heel with a dramatic flourish.
“First things first!” she declared. “Let’s see what snacks you’ve got. I’m starving! Then maybe we’ll get to the real fun.”
You blinked, watching as she practically skipped toward the kitchen. This was going to be a Christmas like no other, filled with teasing banter, playful chaos, and a certain spark in the air that promised much more to come.
