Concerning Top Operator cards updates :
- Free of charge if you already claimed the card in past.
- No need to be subbed to claim the update.

Update of promotional campaigns :

With the new cost of some Reward Tier cards, we decided to increase the value of promotional campaigns.
Originally +1 ticket, now 30/42$ tier will get +2 tickets instead.
And Spark tier gets even more beefy, with +3 tickets, first in, first sold. Also the number of slots will increase by 2, so 7 slots per campaign.
To give everyone a chance, each patron will only be able to take 1 Spark tier per year. If a patron who already bought a Spark tier try to get another one, they will be refunded and asked to choose another tier.
To resume :
Top Operator = 3 tickets
Elite Operator = 4 tickets
Spark Tier = 7 Tickets (Cheat Code)
The dates of campaigns are slightly adjusted : April/August/December.
