Welllll, if you're gonna let us brainstorm: I'm a huge fan of embarrassment and desperation, and I love the idea of a character that gets a thrill out of being exposed in public. They bring two pairs of cuffs with them and locks each hand away from each other with their back up against a chain link fence, so that there's no way to cover up anymore! However, one people start seeing him, he starts to regret his decision and panics... but can't do anything about it! So he just stands there, dripping, hard, and blushing violently!
