News : Rework of explanation of tiers / July-August promotion / Polls for September-October

1 - I will post better explanation about the tiers this week-end. I received a lot of reviews about them, and people find them confusing, i assume that and you are perfectly right.
It will take a form of a big diagram, pictures, and cookies.
2 - In July and August i will do some form of promotion for the tiers, and add two more for whales/space whales (More for the fun than anything)
3 - September and October cards will be decided by polls.
