In the hallway, Cei sees Wael with their back turned to him. He mistakes them for a regular student and taps them on the shoulder.
CEI: “Hey, did you see where-”
His hand goes through their shoulder. He snatches it away in terror as Wael turns around. They look chill.
WAEL: “Oh, hey. Where what??”
They see Cei’s look of terror and remember that they’re a ghost.
WAEL: “Oh shit, I mean-”
They start waving their arms around spookily.
WAEL: “OOOOOooooOOOoooOOOOOOooooOOOoo”
They keep OooooOoooOOOoooOo-ing as they back away, and fade into a wall.
Cei stands there.
CEI: “WHY DO THESE THINGS HAPPEN TO ME.”
