Well luckily injector dynamics have a fuel flow calculator for you to use.
All you have to do is input the basic info they ask for here.

you will see this list pop up.
fill it out as shown and the graphs show you the duty cycle along with the RPM
where the injector will be at it's peak efficiency and close to the end of it's ability
to fuel properly.
