Hope this is helpful and I don't actually sound like a blabbering crazy person (although to be fair, I AM crazy). Let me know if you relate at all! This is pretty personal stuff for me to share, so please limit your comments to FansOnly. Thanks in advance :)

Sarah, thank you for sharing your struggles and successes. I also struggle with self worth, and I also believe I'm the best, and the worst at the same time. Your words are true: stay in the moment and do your part...don't worry about results. I'm a teacher in middle school. I have an audience that I need acceptance from. I don't always get it, but I have to be my best and let the rest go. I'm proud of your 48 days! For me, quitting smoking was easy. I quit 10 times! However the last one stuck and I havent smoked in 27 years. Take it one day at a time, it will add up. I'm a huge fan of the real you I've found here on Patreon. Thank you for letting me get to know you.

You are an incredible person, Sarah. I know that perspective needs to be experienced and developed for yourself on the inside, not gained through external validation, as you said. Opportunities present themselves at unexpected times in unexpected ways, and I'm glad the current situation has afforded you the time to focus on your own well-being. In turn, your light shines on our lives too, and I am grateful for it. Thank you for sharing.

Great video! Our biggest strength can often be the ability to recognize and address our weaknesses. I'm proud of you for your ability to catch yourself when you have fallen prey to the weaknesses you have recognized and then hold yourself in check. I hope you are proud of that as well.

One more recommendation is to MEDITATE! I honestly thought it was some woo woo type shit, but it has been life changing. If you're like, BUT HOW? then try the free app called "insight timer." I use it every single morning to start my day and search a key word like "fear" or "surrender" or "self worth."
