I’ve been nursing a shoulder injury all quar, but still do pilates almost every day (with modifications). It’s gorgeous here in NYC today (finally above 70°F) but not worth risking my health for... so I got my cardio on inside per usual, but with the windows open. Here’s what I recommend: google or search YouTube for a “20 minute cardio workout” and try a different one each day to mix it up and find what you like. (Side note: cardio autocorrected to Cardi B 😂.) If you crave more than 20 min, double it, or search for a longer one. Fortunately for me, I don’t have downstairs neighbors so I can jump around without annoying people. If I don’t feel like doing a full workout, I usually force myself to do jumping jacks, high kicks, punches and other sorts of easy fun moves while I watch TV... so I at least get some movement in. The amount of Cheez It’s and Ben & Jerry’s I consume REQUIRES it. What have you been doing to stay in shape during this time?
