The difference between "lewdboobs" and "artboobs" is very subjective; it depends on whether nudity makes sense in the context of the artwork, how much nudity each viewer has seen before, and their general attitude towards nudity. Some people think nudity is never appropriate, some people think nudity is appropriate at any time, some people pretend nudity is appropriate because they want to see more of it, etc. You just have to do what you're comfortable with.
