DWN-101: Lunar Man

The project had made significant progress until Lunar Man went rogue, and he has since strong-armed his colleagues into constructing a giant palace for him. Lunar Man has declared himself the shogun of the moon.
Lunar man is outfitted with solar panels of his own, which he uses to absorb energy and channel it into his weapon, the Moonlight Blade. With it, he can create crescent-shaped slashes of various sizes. His body also behaves like a celestial body, and he uses that to emit a force that pushes everything around him.
Lunar Man enjoys playing Go, but has difficulty finding opponents, as he tends to gloat too much when he wins. He also has an affinity for romantic movies.
