DWN-100: Neon Man

When he's on the job, he appears shy and reserved, the bulbs on his body emitting a dull white light as he works away the morning hours. However, when the sun goes down, you can find him at any given party or rave that happens to be in town. Neon Man is the life of said party, wild and colorful, whipping the crowds into a frenzy of dancing, and offering his proprietary glow sticks to any takers. When he went rogue, Neon Man was no longer satisfied with simply partying at night. He was burning with an intense need to dance to the loudest beats possible.
His Neon Nova is a shoulder-mounted weapon that can fire bulb-shaped missiles that explode in an intense burst of light. In addition to that, he can fire beams of neon light and extend his limbs to strike opponents from afar.
Dance has always been Neon Man's obsession, as well as his favorite means of expression, which is why he chooses not to talk to co-workers, who he feel wouldn't understand him. He spends his leisure moments browsing the internet for new songs that can motivate him, as he tends to get tired of them rather quickly.
