After Hours Episode 51: My Immersion and Isekai in Tabletop RPGs

If you had to live in a tabletop RPG setting, which would you pick? Aaron, Shaun, and I discuss the many potential game worlds in which you could live, not just systems, but settings. Dark Sun or Ravenloft? Planescape? Shadowrun? Eclipse Phase?

I also review the finale of the Venusian Apocalypse, Beyond the Pale.

Huh I thought i made a post talking about the Isekai for various settings and why i wouldn't take X or Y? Guess i did not. I'll do it now then I think the best setting to take depends on your willingness to interpret things and do you think you will have a good gm, a bad gm etc. Like if its vampire the masquerade rules as written then you can easily be golconda vampire where as if its rules as the fanbase wants then well it sucks. Its why i would take a stable fantasy setting or science fiction one because well base raiders is fun dealing with cops and being on the run sounds exhaustive

I dunno maybe its hard to be sure i have to admit of all the D&D settings Eberron is probably the safest because at level 6 you are a legend and level 6 is bush leagues adventuring. All the Isekai are fun

Re the Mutant Chronicles thing: is there a trope for when someone named "Isaac" gets sacrificed?
