TeknoParrotCore updates

Another set of big achievements have been made in recent.

Mysterious contributor flame has completely fixed O.N.G.E.K.I Plus! input and save emulation among other things. Wow!

Cursor hiding feature has been added to following games: 

Windowed mode has been fixed from following games:

Following Linux based titles are now internally added to TeknoParrotCore but do not function properly yet:

Star Trek Voyager now successfully boots but following things are still work in progress:

Tokyo Cop now has numpad working for saving/loading, also it creates save directories so your data is actually now saved properly. Also some I/O bugs were fixed. 

The performance issues (20fps) from initial release were also fixed almost instantly.

Free Play also was added in the UI for easier switching between free play and coins.

Gaelco Championship Tuning Race now has I/O emulated and the game is playable, including resolution patcher. Game looks pretty amazing on 4K or even ulrawide 2560x1080 as seen in the pictures.

However sound emulation and numpad(saves) emulation is still missing. 

We hope to release support for this title very soon however!

Gaelco Ring Riders now has experimental AMD fix, but the game is still very much work in progress as there are terrible graphics artifacts and I/O or sound is not emulated.

America's Army boots to splash screen but crashes on some file system stuff, this requires bunch of emulation and rewriting of the game code. 

We do not know when this title is bootable.

Police Trainer 2 boots until window creation, but this game is a total mess and requires a lot of work to get it working.

Also the game has no symbols (Big problem for linux title) so it requires massive effort to be emulated. 

We hope to have some news on this title in near future.

Also our Linux emulator has seen various improvements in file system emulation.
