March 2020 Progress Report
Added 2020-03-15 06:52:39 +0000 UTCI feel that it's immensely important to regularly provide video footage of progress to patrons...but I really uncomfortable uploading YouTube videos right now, in the current "Anti-YandereDev" climate.
The solution I came up with is to produce a short, simple, minimalist video, and upload it with “Unlisted” status so that it can only be viewed by people who have the link. This way, I can provide a progress report to people who want to see what I’ve been doing lately, without notifying millions of subscribers or taking several days away from development.
Most of my videos take several days to produce, but this one was put together in less than 4 hours – writing the script, recording the narration, and editing the footage went by in a flash. Obviously, the production values are far beneath the standards of my usual content, but that's exactly why it’s an Unlisted video for hardcore fans, instead of a proper video going out to millions of subscribers.
I hope that this video reassures you that, even if I'm not uploading videos or blog posts on a frequent basis, I'm still hard at work on the game!

In my country they're million of them get ready to listen to any hate speech and spread it and continue bully anyone involved so stay above it. They had nothing to do with good thing you create they don't deserve it or deserve any attention. Leave them rot like they are and chin up 'cause you way better than any Dev I got my eye on. I'm sure many of us think the same way. Sorry 'bout my gramma I'm in country that who say difference language is target of bully. So teacher is the same and their not teach you well 'cause their gonna get more job to do.

In top of that, you're showing no signs of stopping anytime soon. I wish I had the determination and dedication towards any project like you do. I think this will be a very good game once it's finished! Keep going and don't stop, YanDev!

Not even trolls or gremlins can stop you and you may never know if you'll get more supporters for your game thanks to the optimistic attitude you've developed.

2020-03-15 07:24:47 +0000 UTCit's lovely to see a progress video. the impovement in the basement is genuinely astounding. i think at this point, the biggest issue - atleast for me personally - is the character models, they're quite dull and don't express enough emotion. Another worry of mine is that people will have to rely on unlocking info chan's cheat sheets to win the game because there's not much to go off with a fresh pair of eyes. it looks great so far, sorry to hear about how shitty some people have been, I hope once you've reached a point where you're satisfied, you'll take a nice, long, break. :)
