2018-01-02 22:42:56 +0000 UTCFIX- This is the method I used to finally get it to work: uninstall all c++ packages and reinstall the DXSDK_Jun10 file that is noted to install If you get Direct3D error. Can I activate with the loader with a parameter in the command prompt? I don't know, the UI works fine in the meantime but isn't ideal for an arcade front end
