Update Time
Added 2023-09-23 23:13:54 +0000 UTCHey all, wanted to just update you all. Work has been taking up more time than I expected, even when I'm not working. I'm wearing a wrist brace right now, as during training some weeks ago, as I was hefting heavy crates onto runners above my head into the delivery van, I think I hurt both wrists. I've had pain in them since, but it was always small and I could just ignore it. But a few days ago my left one got worse during a lot of heavy stock moving, so I bought a wrist brace. Some pain is unavoidable with how I have to load crates and lifting stock for the shop, and today, a day off, I really felt it just doing simple things, especially leaning on it and using it for the keyboard controls while I'm drawing. I really hope the brace helps ease off some stress on the joint.
On a plus, I've told work the max amount of days I wanna do now is 3. No more 4 days, as that's killing my art jobs, and I get NO art done those days. My Etsy shop is finally picking up and what free day time I have is spent fulfilling shop orders. Ironically though, I'm not getting huge profits, 'cause Etsy fees just suck, but I love crafting so for now I want to continue it.
So bear with me, I have another 4 day week at work next and then I'm back down to 3 and even 2 days after that (I asked for just 2 days some weeks, glad they accepted!)
