Wanted to bring back an OC I had in mind for the longest time. Named Scattered Showers, big pone that is a little clumsy and frequently throws his weight around. He's really a big goof, awfully friendly, sometimes a little TOO much. I also figure he flies in a similar fashion to a bumblebee.
