A glutton for all things pleasurable, he encourages his followers to spread joy and festivity, to be bold in all things, and to enjoy one another to the fullest. Of course, his time in mortal realms has also caused nothing short of a surplus of sired demi-gods, as he finds it downright impossible to not get into a relationship with such cute mortals. He once got into a drinking game with his rival, Shurb, and won by a whisker. As such, Shurb shed and surrendered one of her beloved horns to Billy, which now acts as his bottomless drinking vessel.
