Preview: Polar bear finalized desing

Hi guys!

It's time to finalize the polar bear's design!

First, let's start with the name.

I really like all your suggestions! Both Marshall and Martin sound great, however, personally, I find Arthur and Wallace to be a bit more fitting for this character. I couldn't decide which one I like better, so I came up with the idea of making a simple mashup, and so, there we have it! Please meet Arthur Wallace!

Now, let's talk about finalizing the character design.

I prepared 3 variants for this preview:

• Variant 1 (thick eyebrows): an older look,
• Variant 2 (gray eyebrows): a calm look,
• Variant 3 (dark eyebrows): more contrasty look.

A bit later today, I will host a poll here on Patreon, in which tier2 and tier3 patrons will be able to vote for their favourite look!

As for your feedback, here are two interesting insights by Gregory Arline:

• "Is he suppose to have a pinkish tint to him?"

Yes, that was intended, because in the OG version, Arthur had chestnut eyes and I wanted the whole look to be more consistent. I also find the red tint to be most fitting, although, here's a picture for comparison:

I modified the color hue, so on the left we have more blue-ish tiny, while on the right side more yellow-ish.

• "Would consider changing his theme and accessories I can see him as trucker, biker, farmer and rancher/cowboy. All he would need is big distinct belt buckle, leather chaps, a leather vest, trucker or cowboy hat, and maybe a wrist watch or possibly sun glasses."

Another very good point. In Arthur's case, for now, I'm gonna play it safe and stick with a more "vanilla" look, because I still don't have a full background for him (at this moment he's just a side character that will hopefully make things a bit more interesting from both story and character dynamics points). I just don't want to make a mistake of putting him into a certain theme that might later not fit into his potential story arc. I do like the general idea though, and honestly, the rest of the cast could also benefit from this approach. I'll try to update the sprites by adding more accessories to make them look a bit more expressive.
