Katsu Cat Ciel (Time is a Wasting)

I commissioned the rig and the shaders hail from Lightning Boy Studios hair shaders and Miguel Barbosa's toon shader as a base for the fur and clothing. The background hails from the RWBY wiki and is the symbol of Atlas's Ciel's nation, though I made some color edits.
I may do more of these in the future if interested give a shout :)
