I had symptoms of panic attacks before, so I endured it with alcohol and exercise, but now my symptoms have worsened and I need medication.
I was afraid of sitting in a chair because of the panic attack.
Because of this, I avoided sitting on a chair, and the work slowed down.
I will receive medication as soon as possible and I will not disappoint you with the amount of work in the future.

이번 달 작업이 늦어지는 점에 대해서 죄송합니다.
최대한 작업물을 많이 보여드리고 싶었는데 그러지 못해서 죄송합니다.
이전부터 공황발작 증상이 있어 술과 운동으로 버텼으나 현재는 증상이 악화되어 약물 치료가 필요한 상황이 됐습니다.
공황발작 때문에 의자에 앉아있는 시간이 두려웠습니다.
때문에 의자에 앉는 것을 피하다 보니 작업이 느려지게 됐습니다.
가능한 빠른 시일 내에 약물 치료를 받을 것이며 앞으로 작업물 양에 대해 실망 시켜드리지 않도록 하겠습니다.
