Only just to this to give it the time it deserves. The stalling of Hollywood came as trust and faith in the American Dream also stalled. It's so fascinating. Especially when studio system Hollywood was an extension of a moral grip from government as well as a capitalist model of commodity and profit. Capsules of time, society, ideals, values, transgressions and subversions., as well as magic, craft and illusion. I adore it.
