The one sentence meme reviews are annoying, especially when they overshadow other in-depth purposeful reviews. I still post my own reviews on there as it's a community that will (ostensibly) see it and read it. In regards to the topic of extremity I see what you mean about violent images. One is explicitly violent while another is psychologically violent. Additionally I think exposure plays an important role. When someone sees a beheading video, they're most likely going to be disturbed and not seek out anything like that. With a tik tok video, society is indifferent to people binging that crap every second of their off time. In small doses it appears harmless, but no one is considering the long term effect. I will however have to disagree on the statement that online content is more harmful than reality TV. I think both are harmful but I guess I need a deeper explanation.

I like how one of the topics is "England as a failure" just in time for 4th of July!
