THE CHATROOM is now live (Patreon App ONLY)

We have been looking for a solution for all members to interact with us and each other at the same time, share images and join in discussions.
I decided to launch and test the new Patreon Chatroom which is a beta-feature they launched today. So if you download the App, and log in with your Patreon account, you should be able to find the chat.
It is open to every member.
If this works we can create more room dedicated to specific themes (Film Studies, Networking, Workshop, etc.)
For now, there's one unique room for everyone to chat.
Join now on the Patreon App. (If you already have the Patreon App and the chat is not showing, please update to the newest version of the App)

Hi James, I can't know for sure because Patreon haven't made an announcement on this yet. But I will be very surprised if they aren't considering that... ;) Any update I will add here

2023-10-06 08:38:14 +0000 UTCHi Daniel, you can get the chat by updating your Patreon App to the latest version. Once you do that and login there, it's in a tab called "Community" inside the app. From there all you need to do is click Chatroom. This will be open 24/7, and works similar to a WhatsApp group. Hope that helps! We would love to know what you're watching at NYFF :)

2023-10-05 19:28:19 +0000 UTCAs this is a very new Patreon feature, do you think that it will be available on the web browser version of Patreon some day, as I unfortunately have an extremely old iPhone which won't allow me to download Patreon's mobile app onto it ?
