I lost everything

Due to some problems with my PC I had to format it, and basically I lost everything, more than 400 GB of SFM content was lost, now I'm downloading the content I remember, but I don't think I will restore my library any time soon, and this is not even the end, all SFM sessions with commissions, completed jobs and WIPs were also lost, I think it is my fault for not having a back up of everything.
