I figure when you graduate from a cadet to a full fledged exorcist, you get the opportunity to move into off-campus housing for when you're not actively deployed. Malki was always at the campus for his mentorship duties for Ethan, but for the most part, I imagine everyone would be thrilled to get the hell out of the dorms! I'm imagining the cutest little townhouse with a tiny backyard (. ❛ ᴗ ❛.) the fluff of it all, by gods, they shall have it
