I wrote in big arrows on the pacing sketch to remind myself that supercharging with demon strength should wipe out the rest of Ethan's scar, and we'll see how many pages I can go before I forget it's gone and accidentally draw him with it, haha. 500 + pages of muscle memory character design to battle with!
I also was sitting on the fence with whether Ethan would feel that demonic rage settle into his bones right away or not with a line of dialogue referencing it again, but I'm tossing that out in favor of slow burn manifesting. I can't have the guy going feral just yet!!ヾ(〃ﾟーﾟ〃)ノ
