I like to imagine incubi and lust demons are inclined to their trade from the get-go, and our legendary lusty boy here will cross their paths when they're ready to start feeding off humans. He doesn't wish humans any ill-will, but he also wants his ilk well-fed, so to him the ends justify the means. Seers were indeed an unexpected side effect that Lucifer didn't see coming, so Mr. Hugs here likely has a hand in that haha

Are lust demons and incubi just regular soldier-category demons before they get assigned to visit the fellow with four arms, or does he find them and recruit them himself? Are Incubi actually brought online by Mr. Hugs? Or do they have a separate spawn-point? Also, does he bear malice towards humanity? It seems like he'd rather have sex with them indirectly, and the fact of Seers being the spawn of Incubus (are there spawn of Lust Demons?) suggests that this was either a Lucifer Plot that went wrong, or a bit of an unexpected side effect with consequences.
