Water-damaged doll

I recently washed a doll with water, just water no shampoo or anything. cause after few uses residues and stuffs are tangled with her fur, so i kinda had too. and after that she's broken, she's still breathing but always in fear, constant blank stares, no response on uses, it's unfun to play with. Although I mildly submerged it that shouldn't have broken that easily, I want refund now. __________________ Dear Customer, Unfortunately we are unable refund or send replacement for the case of customer negligence such as water damage. and keep it mind that most of ADM dolls are not provided with water resistant function, only a few models made from certain "materials" have. to search or purchase a product with said property, please visit our official website and check the products within "species" -> "Aquatic" list, or search product with "Specialty : swim, expectional lung capacity" tag on. and if you would like, we can arrange a team to collect the damaged doll for disposal to prevent possible unwanted situations(being a suspect of missing person case) in the future Best regards.
