Christmas / Lucas Build Devlog!

I know a lot of you have been eager for the new build, and I am too. I really want to release a public build that doesn't have a broken Android update, but, as you can see, the build isn't quite out yet. There are a few factors at play, like Christmas and that whole busy time of year, but I'm not gonna sugarcoat the reason why the build is a fair bit late. The simple fact is, I live in the southern hemisphere, and it is currently summer right now. It's exceptionally hot, and I struggle very much in the heat, primarily with staying conscious.
Despite that, I'm still trying to push through it and get this build out. No matter what happens, I'll have the build out this month. It isn't all bad news, though. The slightly delayed build has given Korichi more time to work on the CG required for this build. It might end up being another early sketch like with the Leigh CG, but considering how much I've been working him these last few months, I'm just happy he hasn't collapsed yet.
The best part is, I feel significantly more comfortable with this build than the other two. There were aspects of those builds that I was really struggling with, and that didn't help with the speed of those updates. This update is much more streamlined, and that's going to make things much easier this time. The only barrier I'm facing this time is the summer heat and the fact that my workroom is hot enough that my computer starts to overheat.
Still, I wanted to let everyone know what's going on, and I wanted to give a massive thank you for all the support you've given me this year. If things go well, this will hopefully be the last Christmas before Violet Memoir does its last major build. I'll likely have to keep coming back to it to update the CGs and sprites, but it will likely have the full story done!
There will be a lot of announcements to come in the following year, including a full, proper introduction to my next project: Daisangen.
