Violet Memoir Patreon Build 30

Hello, everyone. It's certainly been an interesting last few months. It's a little too late for me to comment on any of the happenings occurring within our community since I'm certain you've all heard it already. Just know that it isn't going to affect anything here. I'm much more worried about my actual life getting in the way constantly, like it has been.

Anyway, as you can see from the screenshot, this is actually an Oscar build. If you've been keeping up with the devlogs, you'll know that this was supposed to be a Leigh build at first, but Korichi decided he wanted to do something really special for that update, and he's been chipping away at it. So we had to shift gears to focusing on Oscar's build. Unfortunately, after that, a series of poorly timed health issues alongside some life events kept me wrangled up most of June and July. I'd been hoping that I could squeeze this out right before the end of the month, but as soon as the deadline passed, I decided to relax and get some rest. I'd been chugging through a lot of sleepless nights trying to get this done on time (so there might be the occasional typo. I'll be doing an extensive read-over and edit to come out with the next build). As for the update after this, we'll try to refocus back on that Leigh build but if Kori still needs more time, we'll shift focus onto Lucas this time.

But that's for the future, right now you're excited about the update. While the previous builds were our segue from the first half of the story to the second, this is where the story is going to start picking up and accelerating. As some people might know, the initial plan was to finish Violet Memoir this year and move on to my next project, Daisangen. But due to all the delays, that's not looking very likely, but we never know. More likely, the project will finish in the first half of next year. Look forward to seeing the formal announcement for that soon.

This update will hold plenty of answers, new questions, and a whole lot of talking!
