Payments every 30 days or 1st of month?

While Patreon has conveniently and recently adopted this model, I have no intention to switch to it at this time as I am already on both platforms and like the option. If it were still an option, by Patreon, I would charge by submission rather than a immediate and monthly charge. At one point, Patreon offered this but it appears that is no longer an option and I cannot do that as I did not sign up until that form of payment was phased out.
If, however, another option was made, I may consider it. But while I have you here, what made you choose Patreon over SubscribeStar? There are no wrong answers. I’m only curious.

I was actually on SS first! But they don’t offer PayPal. Which I suspect is why Patreon is a tiny bit more popular. SS and Patreon both have their pros and cons. No plan to go to just one unless one of the other really gives me a hard time. But both platform admins have been very helpful and so I don’t plan to change that relationship. But I’m curious why so many come here instead.

2023-07-30 00:27:28 +0000 UTCI never realized you were on subscribestar and just used this as my go to for your art. Since I'm so used to the payment being made on the 1st of every month I prefer that.
