Corn?

This paint was pretty nifty, actually. There's a lot of stuff going on and I wasn't really sure if it was going to work out given the angle. Even the hand coming toward us isn't the most confident, but it is a difficult angle after all.
Aside from the stuff that gave me obvious trouble, though, this turned out pretty well! Most of the issues I came across were mostly from the fact that I hadn't been able to accurately pinpoint their position during the sketch portion of the drawing anyway. When it comes to the actual rendering part of the drawing, it turned out really nice with some really satisfying transitions in tone. Gold is still a difficult value to control, too, but I'll get the hang of it.
I think that the practice we've been doing has been paying off, and the process I used for this was a lot of fun too. I've been trying so many different types of workflows and I think that it's taught me so much, going through as many processes and experimental periods as I've been.
