Zhongli

Zhongli's banner was actually supposed to go up, but apparently Childe's banner is coming first, and now I'm early on this dang thing.
Either way though, Zhongli was pretty challenging to work on! Then again, I say everything is challenging, but it's true. I think the hardest part of working on Zhongli has to be making good use of his colour palette. His colours are literally a mix of different browns, bordering oranges, making it very hard to manage values as well as colour contrast.
It doesn't help that I'm not really accustomed or *that* big of a fan of drawing the handsome anime man look, so I'm not practiced in it.
I mostly used the colour palette and design motif that his prerelease art featured, and the light golds and blue-purples really help him stand out from the background. I've been really liking the fog behind the character we've been doing, it really helps with the silhouette too.
