Big Trouble In The Forest - 2022

Greetings my dear Patrons!

Hope you guys are doing well today! Happy Halloween 2022 for those who are celebrating! :D

At last, I thought I was gonna missed my deadline on this one, but I managed to complete our October 2022 Poll Art sketch in colors. I really hope you like how it turned out in colors! I've looked up on Nightmare Horses depiction in art and literature, they're pretty scary in appearance, but I wanted to illustrate my own version. I imagined that the horses would have ghostly appearance until they are 'manifested' to the physical world, after all.. they bring nightmares for those who have encountered them!

This was the main keyword of the scene, I tried to put that sense of trouble on the collie side when he noticed the other nightmare horse approaching. However, it seems that these dark steeds recognize the couple and their 'unfortunate' incident with the No Body Man's head. As I mentioned before on the sketch drawing, these horses demand pleasure for what the Shepherd did to their rider.

The wolf ghost also are having its best time giving 'head' to the collie, it does looks fun and spooky at the same time, doesn't it? Hehe...

This piece was a pleasure to work on, plenty of colors and we know that Halloween can be very colorful holiday! ^^

Before we close October 2022, I want to share a brief update of what's coming in November! In the first week of November I'll be :

1. Finishing up coloring a couple of artworks.

2. Start displaying some artworks for the gallery!

The 2nd art exhibition Patreon post, I hope to deliver it on November 5th, it will be the last trial before my gallery go public on November 12th (the date where there will be guests coming over my place for a certain event).

The final exhibition trial will feature some of my large oil paintings, unseen watercolor paintings, a bunch of sketch drawings, and my most recent watercolor arts! I haven't got the chance to take a lot of pictures but here's a couple sneak peek for the oil paintings!
