Aussie Shepherd Boys - 2022

Greetings everyone!

I hope you are doing safe and well! First of all, I'm completely aware that there has been significant delay in my Patreon art posts. :')

For August, I had two main objectives which were to complete my art gallery space expansion and deliver at a certain number of new artworks. Unfortunately I was only able to complete one objective, which is the gallery expansion part. I managed to finish the new section of the building on 28th August and because of this I was only given 3 days to make up with the artwork production, which is practically impossible to pull off. xD

So I'm very sorry for this! But don't worry, I've already made the rough sketches of the art I supposed to deliver like.. 5 days ago, but today I'm going to try finish up the sketch drawing of our August Poll Art. Oh man.. I feel like a let down (again). ~w~

I will include some updates on this art post but first, let's us talk about our collie-shepherd couple here and their attempt to make new friends with these lovely Aussie Shepherd brothers! Thank you for your votes on this one! I enjoyed working on this one, Australian Shepherd dogs are just gorgeous and playful and I would love to feature them more in the future, I hope you like how this one turned out in colors, I did my best! :D

If it's for the collie and the shepherd, I'd be willing to keep telling stories about their love adventure in the world of fantasy. <3

Now for the updates.

So, like I said before. I've managed to make up with the space expansion for my gallery, I'd like to say thank you for your support on my Patreon, the fund I get from the platform went to this project and I want to shout a special thanks to a certain Patron of mine for their tremendous generosity in helping me out to make it so!

The picture above shows re-opening the wall and with the leveled ground, main wooden frames is built, these are mahogany wood 2" x 4".

The picture above shows assembling the new roofing, I know people will scream at me because it's an Asbestos roofing (asbestos dusts, carcinogen hazard, etc.). Yes there are risks, but only if you decide to grind or cut the roofing. If it's leave as it is came out from the factory, it should be fine (I might put lacquer on it though!). Anyway, assembling the roof (300cm x 80cm / sheet) was tricky because each sheet weights around 30kg and to put it up there was... hard. But I'm glad I made it without hurting any of my lumbar vertebrae. xD

And the picture above shows the final walls assembly. I'm happy that now my art gallery is larger and I can put additional display panels (very soon)

Guys, I'm planning to do a virtual art exhibition try out display in September, it will be a post documenting the displayed artworks that has been made this year and a video clip showcasing the art space, please stay tuned! ^^ 

That's all for the August updates, once again I apologize for not being able to deliver many new artwork this month, I will try to finish up this month's poll art featuring Belgian Malinois one. In the next couple days I'll try to finish the other sketchs too!
