May 2022 Poll + Updates

Greetings everyone!

First of all, I want to say thank you for staying to support my Patreon on May 2022. This month we will be seeing more exciting arts from the couple, I plan to make a new story + illustration of our anthro collie-shepherd this month, I'll be making a couple of regular ones as well, but these regular artsies will be tied to the special story + illustration. It'll be fun month, for sure! I hope I can do better in maintaining my productivity this month.

Anyway, as promised I will be making a full report of the progressions of my art gallery construction that I have done in April 2022, but before that let me take a minute to once again ask for your vote for this month Poll Art!

This month, May 2022, for the poll art I have decided to feature either Wolfdogs or Dragons, please help me out in deciding which of the two species you would like to see paired with our collie-shepherd couple, ok? I really appreciate it and curious which one I should draw! ^^

For the updates, April 2022 was rough and tough, I started by purchasing building materials and while waiting for it to arrived I managed to temporarily repair the roofing.

I started by measuring and working on the numbers, with limited budget and available resources I need to be very mindful when cutting something.

Attaching the cement fiber cement board on the wooden frame was quite difficult especially the upper side.

The weather on mid April wasn't great either, I had rains almost everyday, so I did buy a piece of construction plastic sheet to help covering me while I'm drilling screws.

I know at the moment interior looks pretty ugly without a proper ground tiles but trust me, this phase is just the beginning. xD There are still plenty works to be done from paint job to display panel construction. I decided to fill the ground with either red sand or simply sand, paving blocks and ceramic tiling are not suitable to my budget, it's just way too expensive! :D

Anyway, I have at least reached my goal to construct a couple of display panels. The display panel itself is made from a gypsum board, a proper material used in typical art gallery. I do however will need to paint it white too + do a proper lighting/electrical works.

Oh yeah, I also start decorating the entrance, you guys know I love to co-exist with nature. I love moss on rocks and crumbling red brick as a stepping path is a chef kiss thing for me, it will look great and green once the front side finished. <3

That's all for the updates, this May I'll take my time in making progress for the art gallery, I want to put my focus more on the art production. But no worries, I have set a goal for the gallery which is following :

1. Paint exterior and install a door.

2. Paint the display panels and installing proper lightings (solar-powered of course)

3. Test art display! <3
