Fearsome Fenrir - Sketch Drawing

Greetings everyone!

I hope you have a wonderful weekend, I would like to share the next mythical adventure drawing of our beloved collie and shepherd couple, I got this one done before sunrise today and I'm so excited to share it with you guys!

Before we go into art description, I want to share a couple of updates and plan for the next month. I apologize for the slow uploads, this month was quite challenging and difficult, there were handful of stuffs I had to deal. Recently I just got my 2nd (and final) shot of the vaccine and it's been like 3 days and I'm still mysteriously feeling tired. I fully understand that it's just the side effects but let's just say my immune system took most of the energy I needed to create my drawings. xD

This is the last day of July and I'm required to at least make one more drawing to reach my monthly goal, hopefully with the remaining time I have I can achieve it. I'm doing my best, the world of fantasy is the only place I can find comfort and love and I'd like to keep roaming it, let's say it's my main source of happiness. <3

-----------------------

The fearsome Fenrir, one of most well-known creature from Norse mythology, it is said that Fenrir, as the offspring of Loki, has a limitless growth. Hence the large size, when I'm doing research and reading about this particular fearsome wolf. My interpretation of the mythology is that Fenrir was ignored by the other Norse gods until it was too late, the creature with its rapid growth is destined to devour the Sun and set to fight the Allfather Odin himself. Fenrir is just cool. :3

So, in this scene we have our shepherd trying to 'bargain' to let him and his collie go. They were too curious for the encounter until it was too late (for the collie). Fenrir heard about this strange dog couple and their love stories, the fearsome wolf decided to confirm it by his massive lance. Trembling in fear and excitement mixed with curiosity, the shepherd slowly pat the giant wolf in hope for a gentle introduction.

Thank you for viewing! I hope you like this one!

I tried to capture a scene that shows both fear and courage from our couple. The two seems able to handle it it, plus it looks like our collie survived his own version Ragnarok. c:

That's all for today! Hopefully I can make one more and deliver the sketch before midnight today, we'll have our collie teleported to the equator where the Nile river flows to accept their dinner invitation with a certain deity of Ancient Egypt.

Thank you very much for your continuous support on my Patreon, your help on the platform allows me to keep motivated! To share creativity and work of fantasy is my duty as an artist, I hope you enjoy your stay viewing my artworks!

Cheers!
