Greetings dear Patrons,
I hope you are doing well today, I'd like to share a colored version of the previous sketch entitled "Klassic Knotting". I've just had this one done coloring about an hour ago, I can say it's still fresh from the oven.. haha. :D
Ah, I think I can share a little bit about on how I treat my recently painted artwork. I would wait for the pic to be completely dried before placing it inside my scanner for digital soft copy making. I could use a blow dryer, but it uses a lot of electricity. Beside, the artwork I draw are already hot anyway, so I'm sticking to the more natural way of drying watercolor paintings. I often take my time to appreciate and enjoy viewing the artwork too.. you know. :)
In my earlier year using watercolor as a method of creating art, I remember back then I was still using a more thin watercolor art papers, it was way too expensive for me xD. Fast forward today, I only use the best quality of watercolor papers and all thanks to you as my Patrons as well as my commissioners. The original physical artworks should retain its quality for many many years inside a safe where I archive my pics.
I have a plan to have someone auction all original collie-shepherd artworks for animal charity only, but this of course, is for later when I'm not around anymore.. for now I'll just keep creating and telling our beloved couple stories. *wink*
Anyway, I talked too much and forgot that we have our feral collie getting some more of his shepherd's love for him. Such a lovely scene indeed... <3
Thank you for viewing! I hope you like this one~
The next piece should feature a friendly canine making friends with the couple, I think I want to draw some paw pads or beans once again. It's going to be an exciting, so stay tuned!
Thank you for your continuous support on my Patreon, your help gives me reason to keep creating and I'm very thankful for all you do to support my creation. <3
Cheers and take care!
