この辛い時期、いつも応援してくださってありがとうございます。恐怖やパニック発作が突然襲ってくるので、あまり長い間何かに集中して取り組むことができませんでした。
2週間前から受け始めたカウンセリングとは別に、回復を助けるためにカウンセリングとペアで薬も飲み始めました。現在は、安眠を妨げる夜驚症やパニック発作を抑えるために処方された2種類の薬を服用しています。
数日後、これらの薬がどのように効くか様子をみて、また医師のところへ行き、自分の状態を診断してもらうつもりだ。うまくいけば、また何かを作れるほど安定した状態を保てるだろう。また経過を報告する。

Hi everyone, it's me. I'm sorry that it's not a work update.
Thank you for your continuous support during this tough times, I haven't been able to focus on working on something for too long because the terror / panic attack could hit me out of nowhere, it's a real struggle which I never expect will happen to me in this lifetime.
Aside from the counselling session I've started taking 2 weeks ago, I've also started taking medications as paired with my counselling to help to improve my recovery. Currently I'm taking two different medicine which was prescribed to me to control the night terror / panic attack that prevents me from getting a well rested sleep.
I will see how these medicine helps in a couple of days and get back to the doctor to assess my condition again. Hopefully, I'll be able to remain stable enough to produce something again. I'll keep everyone updated with the progress.
