You can download her on the Early Access Tier mega folder. Here's the text file from the model.
Also her hair's rig has been redone, just like Faith's.

Ada V1
I had to rush this release cause February only has 28 days.
Yeah Ill blame February kekw.
Anyways I hope you like her. Let me know if there are any issues.
Info:
I only tested the outfit I created so far. I need more time to test
the other outfits. Delete if you dont need them.
The RE4 Outfit is "meant to be simulated". There are cloth sim
modifiers on the dress and the neck cloth. Enable and use them if
you want good results.
There are 2 versions of the gun inside the X12 collection.
Both ported by Ammo from MW. For more weapons by him go here
https://open3dlab.com/project/35039/
One of the versions is for the holster and the other for the hand.
I suggest you duplicate a collection if you wanna pose it in the
scene.
The Holster gun requires minimal posing correction. Just use the
Empty Controller. Unfortunately I couldnt make it follow perfectly.
Included with the model is a High Heels pose in the asset library.
To access it select the rig, go in pose mode, select all bones, press
"N" to open the side panel, go to animation and double click the pose.
if you choose to you can also only select the relevant bones and it
will apply the pose only on the selected ones.
This model so far doesnt have the geo node sweat that my other
models do. If anyone is actually reading this and wants an update
let me know. Otherwise I plan to update her in March and add that.
This is just a little test to see if anyone is reading this lol.
Also cause I dont have time today.
"HOW TO USE THE CLOTH SIM"
Select dress, enable cloth modifier. Select neck cloth, enable
cloth modifier. Keyframe the final pose at Frame 20 or more.
Keyframe rest pose at frame 1. Make sure the body doesnt clip
with anything between frame 1 and final pose frame. Add any
required movement between frame 1 and final pose frame. After that
select the dress or cloth and go in the simulation settings.
Scroll down to the Baking section. Press "Delete all bakes" then
press "Bake all dynamics". Preview. Youre done.
If there are issues its likely that you made the cloth clip with
a collision object. That includes the characters body. Alternatively
you didnt set up the other object collision properly.
I suggest you dont change the cloth settings.
"HOW TO SET UP COLLISION FOR CLOTH SIM"
Select mesh. Go to simulation tab. Click on Collision. Look for
"Thickness Outer" and set it to 0.001. Same for "Inner". If the mesh
is too low poly you may need to increase it to 0.002. If you have a
subdivision modifier on the object you may prefer to put the
collision modifier "ABOVE" the subdivision modifier because it will
reduce bake time.
IMPORTANT: Enable "Override Normals". After that check if the model is
single sided. A plane is single sided, a cube is not. Many game meshes
are single sided despite the complex shape. If you have the cloth
clipping through an object try toggle "Single sided"
