Why not seat Tyrion and make him a friend to hia family, so his mother and sister may have a more flexible minded ally when he leaves? Because him leaving westeros behind with his girls, who does a lot of the administrative work is going to screw things up. The people might be loyal towards him, but after he leaves for many years. People will start to get thought, especially his business partners.
