2023-02-16 19:21:24 +0000 UTCI agree with the MC suddebly becoming so aggressive was weird. I dont know the complete story and how damaged Lysa is, but she was willing to kill her husband. But thats still far of in the future, so this treatment was kinda unwarranted. He could have shown Lisa what Petyr actually thinks about her and then seduce her, which is much in character with your current MC. Except for that, im liking the story so far.

The scene with Lysa was jarring, mostly because it felt way out of character for the MC to rape someone into submission. Most of his identity so far has revolved around his interest in helping people when he can, but then he randomly does a 180 and both physically and mentally rapes someone who is clearly in terrible mental health (Lysa has always been a character that invoked pity from me. She always came across so broken). I enjoy darker-aligned characters, but the MC hasn't displayed any hints of this side of him until now (other than his enormous lust). On another note, is your goal to progress the story rapidly at this point? I am asking because it felt like you are skipping scenes here and there. For example, the spar between Asha and the MC could have been a good moment. The relationship between the MC and Stannis has also taken a massive backseat; maybe it's because you never intended for him to be a significant character, but it feels like you have skipped over all of the significant dialogue between the two. Whether the conversation was about the MC's uplift of Dragonstone or his superhuman powers, none of his family have been asking any questions. Anyway, thanks again for sharing your progress with this story! I hope you are doing better :)
