Added 2021-09-30 16:20:52 +0000 UTCI only got one question this month! I'm considering making the Q&A every other month instead of monthly, and doing something else for the interim months (as soon as I figure out what that other thing would be. suggestions welcome π )

Sebastian: Lastname, Firstname (like all his other contacts) / Speaker's nickname, or an affectionate nickname that he's given them
Liam/Lily: Speaker's nickname / some inside joke that only the two of you would get
Azalea: Speaker's first name / Speaker's first name ππΈ
Rory: Speaker's nickname π€« / ππβ€ LOML β€ππ
Kana: Speaker's name, followed by whatever nickname they call you / Speaker's name, followed by whatever new nickname they call you
