Heyo!

Sorry for the lack of posts this month so far. I have been dealing with a couple things… I’ll keep it brief-ish because it’s all boring life stuff 😆

1. I had to go home to Massachusetts to pack up all my childhood stuff and say goodbye to our family home there which was a HUGE EMOTIONAL UNDERTAKING!! I have been dreading this for years lmfaooo and finally it had to happen. I’ve barely talked about it for a couple reasons, one being my family hadn’t announced anything related to their move yet. Also, I’ve been having legit panic attacks about this which I haven’t dealt with in a while.

2. I’ve been dealing with SO MUCH AIR TRAVEL ANXIETY!! I think the root of it was just having to make this trip, but seriously for the last 4 months I’ve been having stress dreams and nightmares all involving planes 🥲

I’ve traveled around the world so it’s embarrassing and painful I’m having so much anxiety about travel. I’ve been working on it with my therapist!!

I’m sorry I didn’t mention it before, but honestly was practicing mindfulness techniques as much as possible and not thinking of anything but the present moment. I forgot to even tell Tucker until the week before that he’d have to watch my cat 😂

I’m really freaking happy to be through this!! I grew up in a very special place, so you know it gets hard to say goodbye to those places.

But I’m back in CA, back to bikini content, and I got a fun new job working for a ghost tour company which I realllllly wanted to work out!!

All things are on the up and up and I’ll be posting twice daily (or more) for the rest of the month!
