Prompt: Strange Studies (Part 1)

Summary: Rina Emmir develops a strange crush on one of her university classmates, Willow Connelly-Hutchins. This would be innocent enough except for a few key points: the student is a serpentine monster girl, and Rina might have developed an embarrassing fetish, often fantasizing about Willow eating her whole... and Rina is a -total- bottom, so it's not like she'd ever admit it. How can Rina even begin to approach Willow and consummate her feelings? Commissioned by Alex Brymm.

Part 1

In a tucked-away study room in the historic halls of Dartmouse University, two students sat at a table, notes strewn about, to begin the planning stages of their collaborative assignment.

Rina Emmir sat quietly in her chair, pretending to study her prepared notes. The diminutive elf girl tried not to stare at her lab partner, but it was hard not to, considering her impressive stature. Willow Connelly-Hutchins typically sat next to her during lectures, her massive serpentine tail tucked away along the aisles, but this study room was a touch cramped. Rina cocked her head to the side, noting how Willow's enormous snake tail—one that reached upwards of fifteen feet—pressed against the exit door, essentially holding it shut.

Upon the realisation, Rina's heart fluttered; she ran a hand through her stark red hair. Willow really had an imposing stature, one that Rina found difficult to ignore now.

"I'm really excited to finally be working with you, Rina! This is gonna be really fun!" Willow cheered, leaning against the table as she rested on her tail; the tip flicked back and forth cheerfully.

Rina reciprocated Willow's bright, sunny smile. "Y-yes, likewise. We've been together all year, so... this is good, it feels... natural."

Rina behaved differently around Willow lately. It had been a week since the Bunny Incident on the experimental farm, and Rina had become increasingly bashful around Willow. Strange, intrusive feelings gnawed at her on a constant basis, and she had quietly become frustrated for lack of an outlet... but Rina refused to foist her own problems onto Willow.

"You can count on me! Oh, and my brothers too!" Willow nodded.

"Your... brothers?" Rina blinked quizzically.

"Aw, don't tell me you forgot!" Willow pouted. She raised a hand to point to each of the six snakes sprouting from her head. "There's Barry, Garry, Larry, Jerry, Terry, and Obama!"

"O-oh! Yes, I... I've had a lot on my mind lately." Rina's eyes drifted to the side. "I-I'll remember from now on, really!"

"Eight brains are better than seven, ihihi!~" Willow grinned toothily through her cute giggling. Rina's smile broadened; Willow had a really cute laugh.

"I wish we had more classes together..." Rina sighed. "I guess that's the trouble with different majors."

"Yeah. At least there's enough overlap between archaeology and... um, what was it, cryptozoology?" Willow tilted her head.

"Mmhm! The study of mythical and magical creatures." Rina explained. "I think it's important that we... well, work to dispel a lot of rumours and misinformation among demifolk, y'know?"

"Omigosh, yeah!" Willow nodded enthusiastically. "You mentioned that! It's really noble, y'know? Jeez, now you got me feeling selfish about my own goals. Archaeology is a great excuse to travel, y'know? Hehe!~"

"Ah, yes, true..." Rina briefly imagined Willow trying to board a plane. How would that work?

"I'm getting really good at regional dialects though, lots of language studies. Though the teacher says I have a bit of a lisp..."

As she said this, her tongue flicked out, picking up the scents of the room. Rina stopped to observe the strange part of Willow's body as it disappeared as quickly as it came.

"Ooh! Did you try a new shampoo?" Willow lit up. "Smells like strawberries, it's really good!"

"I-I..." Rina stammered, a blush coming to her cheeks. It seemed Willow had an acute sense of smell, and her appraisal was spot on. It felt strange—like Willow could undress her without realising. A strange power dynamic was at play.

Rina forced a smile, running a hand through her hair. "Y-yeah, um, it was a present from Mom! Fraise, by L'atelier!"

"Ooh! Nice! I don't really need shampoo, but the boys like to play around in the suds, hehe!~" Willow pointed at the snakes lining her head. Rina's head gawked up, her eyes entranced by the points of Willow's teeth.

...An inkling of an idea crossed her mind. A harmless idea, tangential to her studies... they were friends, there wasn't anything strange about the suggestion... Rina decided to go for it.

"So you were saying, um, you had a lisp?" Rina wondered aloud. "Do you talk to a speech therapist?"

"Ah, my English pronunciation is fine, but with special phrasing, it doesn't come as easy, eheh." Willow shrugged. "I can pass it off as a regional dialect, but-"

"I-is it okay if I... looked at your mouth?" Rina suggested, somewhat meekly at that.

"...mm?" Willow tilted her head. "Well, no, not really, but, um, why?"

A valid question. Rina was coming up with a justification to hide her true curiosity.

"Well, with lisps, it can be about tongue placement... a-and actually, if I took notes, it would help with my thesis studies! About demihuman eating habits, and, well..."

This was desperate and she knew it. She was afraid to press on...

"Oh, okay!"

...But to Rina's surprise, Willow just kinda went with it; well, of course she would, it was just a casual request around friends, nothing weird about it. Rina yelped slightly as Willow's tail shifted all around her, a fat section of which rested beneath her torso.

"Here, stand on my tail for a boost! It won't hurt, really!" Willow nodded.

"U-um, okay-" Rina staggered forward, raising her uggs to make square contact with Willow's marbelly scales. They were very close to each other.

"Aaaaaa....!"

Willow opened her mouth as if she were at the dentist, revealing the innerworkings of her mouth; the slit narrow tongue at the base, the rows of sharp canines, and the deadly incisors, tucked away harmlessly in flaps of pink gyms. Rina stared silently, her breath hanging in her mouth.  She was so close, but she needed to see more...

"W... wider." She whispered.

"Uh??" Willow grunted, confused.

"Open wider... please." Rina insisted.

"Ooh, oh ay!" Willow responded in that weird speak, her jaw hanging open. Rina watched with enraptured interest as Willow's jaw unhinged before her, her mouth stretching wider and wider, enough to envelope a watermelon effortlessly.

Rina stood on her tiptoes, her attention going past the spooky sight of Willow's deadly fangs and deeper into Willow herself; along the pink, fleshy walls of Willow's mouth, a dark chasm extended beyond natural light. Willow's mouth pulsated, expanding and contracting with her breaths.

Rina reached a hand out, her hand entangling in Willow's ropey mess of 'hair' as she brought her head forward, and Willow's head down. It must've been a terrible sight for any would-be observer to see how Rina's head now hovered within Willow's fanged jaws, poised to clamp down. But Willow's mouth was so soft and warm, and her breath was so hot and pleasant, that Rina found her glasses fogging up. Rina's body trembled with anticipation as she leaned in further, her eyes locked on the back of Willow's throat.

Rina was entranced by Willow. She sighed happily, right into Willow's mouth, her toes scrunching.

"Ahr ooh oh ay??" Willow asked again, the closeness of her voice snapping Rina out of her daze.

"A-ah!? U-um, yes, I..." Blushing sheepishly, she raised her head back. "I-I thought I might've seen a... a cavity or something."

"A cavity??" Willow's jaw locked back into place, her cheeks frowning. "But I don't eat that many sweets..."

"It's okay! You're healthy, you're good, you're..." Rina wanted to say Willow was beautiful, but perhaps that was laying it on too thick. They were friends, after all. She patted Willow's shoulder.

"M... maybe keep your tongue to the base of your mouth. That might help with the lisp for... dialects." Rina advised.

"Hm, maybe..." Willow nodded. "Well, we should figure out what we're gonna do about this assignment!"

"R-right! Right." Rina smiled pilotly, but didn't move an inch. She liked being next to Willow, she liked running her hands through her hair... and getting this close to Willow crystalized some of those strange, formless feelings ever since The Bunny Incident.

"...I-I'll help you down." Willow smiled, taking Rina by the shoulders and lowering her to the ground. Rina flinched, but didn't resist; Willow was so effortlessly strong too; once again, Rina's thoughts drifted to drink in Willow's impressive stature, and as a nagging voice reminded her that Willow could probably kill her a thousand times over, that... seemed to excite her even more.

Willow was so fucking hot... was this what a crush felt like? Rina's cheeks flushed as she desperately tried to process the flurry of gay feelings that only intensified in Willow's presence.

Working in this excitable state would be difficult... she'd have to focus. Taking a couple deep breaths, she calmed herself down enough to sit across from Willow.

"Is everything okay?" Willow asked, audible concerned. "You sound out of it..."

"Everything's perfect." Rina smiled back. "Let's do this together."

"Oh, well, okay!" Willow lit up. "Two science buddies, out to get a perfect score!~"

Rina blinked, and then sighed to herself with a beleaguered smile. Willow was also so, so oblivious... but that was part of her charm too.
