Audience Choice Idea Proposition Post (NOTE ADDED)

Consent, of age, unrelated. One of those can be sidestepped with an acknowledgement of AU or whatever else (and will do so, explicitly in the text).
You can post your ideas in the comments of this post or in the Patreon Stories channel of the Discord.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Okay. One-Shot. That means one and done. So if your idea is something where you're looking for potential going forward with it, there is no going forward with it. It is the one chapter. No more. Thus, a simple short story or scene you would like to see. Remember a ship-tease scene where you wish they just got their bang on? Have an interesting concept for something that might happen in the course of a story? Like, put it this way. As a frame. Think of it like a character having a very interesting day. What happens after that doesn't matter as much as the events of that day.
I'll give you guys a day to toss your ideas into the ring (you guys voted for it, so I hope some of you have something, would be weird if not). After that, I'll put up a poll over the weekend for you guys to choose the winner.

She's a really minor character who only had an appearance in episode 12 "Love Attack!" of R2, but I always found it funny how she was was able to completely catch him by surprise and steal his heart hat despite all his preparations. My idea is basically that, because Lelouch randomly used his Geass on her in the past, he's unable to get his hat back and is forced to date her according to the rules of Cupid Day. The one-shot would basically consist of him taking her on a date with the intention of forcing a break-up, but her air-headed persistence and cutesy sexiness manage to turn the tables on him, and they end up "doing the deed" in the middle of their date. Like you said, just a fun and "interesting" day with no thought to the consequences.
