Added 2025-03-30 05:16:49 +0000 UTCPepper was the name of the version of this character that was light-skinned at one point. Ill change the name to probably Paprika, or Papaya - something cute but code-namey= his employers didn't care much for his name, so it'll have to be simple as well.
I might add this overly serious character to the brothel. Once upon a time, they were a super soldier. but has long since retired and currently visits Gigi for rehabilitation. Changing the outfits meaning into one for voluntary public service rather than forced military service.
