A lot of people don't like Clara's reaction but people do real dumb stuff in extreme grief, her experiences with the Dr have changed how she sees life, she called Danny's death boring, yes it's an overreaction but that's the point, and I find it interesting that people deem Clara is off for overreacting, why is she not allowed one moment to lose her senses and do something dumb, cause we all have, but the Dr is like yeah that was dumb, you pissed me off but I'm still here for you anyway cause you're my ride or die. But yeah I do get why people don't like that scene but I think her doing something so out there is to show how much she lost herself, and the Dr brought her back cause he understands more than anymore what extreme emotions can make you do. Apologies for the long rant lmao I just really love this episode and feel that scene is misunderstood. Oh yeah, and Missy is incredible!

2025-03-03 02:37:33 +0000 UTCanother great reaction! in regards to what Syntell said, i ask you this, do you think Clara would have done the volcano thing with 11... so far this season she has told the doctor she would slap him so hard he'd regenerate, also in this episode, i think she said keep interrupting and il remove a limb or something... to me she doesnt respect him yet, to me he is just the dude she goes on adventures with but still not fully the doctor, there is no way she would do the same to matt smith, so in her eyes, danny is way more important than the doctors feelings. just my opinion of course.
