★┆update + q&a !!

hihihi my dearest friends !!! i wanted to write an update + Q&A !!! this is all very long and you absolutely do notttt need to read it, but if you're curious and confused about what is going on, hopefully this answers !!! <333

i apologise for the delays in our monthly patreon schedule, it must be so confusing on your side because you pay monthly for something that has been published a little later than you expect it to be!! you are all so so so so SO lovely to me and so patient which just makes me sob so many happy tears, i don't deserve all of you wonderful people ;;-;;  

i started making wallpapers & icon bundles for patreon over a year ago, then printables, then i uploaded the procreate bundle and then i started manufacturing physical goodies - for a few months everything was going very well, but in early winter last year, my health declined - i still continued working on patreon goodies every day, but because of my health slowing things down, i had kinda dug myself a nice little hole of backlog, and it's been a struggle to catch up and get everything back on a clean monthly schedule - but, it is my main goal to get things back to a lovely schedule asap!!! 

i hope that soon, i will release digital goodies (wallpapers, icons, printables, calendars, colouring sheets, procreate bundle, more) all on the first day of each month, and then spend half of that month packing that months physical goodies and sending them all out on time before the final day of the month (and the other half preparing for next month) - that is my goal schedule that i hope i can get back to very soon!!!

★ what is your schedule / what can we expect to see on patreon soon?

my current plan, in order, is to finish and publish the procreate bundle with video tutorials this month, then release the next patreon bundle of wallpapers/icons/wdigets + printables like calendars/note-pads/colouring sheets, then catch up on sending out physical goodies like prints/stickers/badges/note-pads - plus other goodies between these, like bonus tutorial videos, podcasts, fun interactive newsletters, superrrr exciting giveaways and more !! i will work really hard, and i aim to get everything back on track and up-to-date within a months time!! <333

★ where are the physical goodies?

physical goodies like prints, stickers, badges and more are all delayed a little right now due to health + moving studio + manufacturing issues - buttt they should be coming very soon, i really hope this will be my month for finally sorting everything out, then from net month onwards everything will be perfectly on time, always !!! 

the two options for you lovely little patreons in the physical tiers are;

1. wait a little longer for your goodies to come (as a huge bundle of all the delayed months together) 

2. receive a full/partial refund for the delayed goodies, no questions asked, just dm me!  

★ where are the digital goodies?

the tamagotchi theme was delayed but it was finally ready last night and i posted it on patreon here - the tamagotchi theme was intended for august and was late, so to make up for that i will be posting a completely free, additional theme for all patreons as soon as i can + sending the link for the tamagotchi theme to anyone who had their patreonage end on the 31st of august!! <333 the next digital goodies theme will have just ad a poll posted for it a few hours ago, so check there and vote for your favourite theme - ten i'll work super hard to get it all ready for you asap!! <33

★ where is the procreate bundle?

the procreate bundle has been almost finished for a long time but i've been a little worried it isn't good enough yet, which is why i keep delaying the re-release ;;-;;, but hopefully soon i can get it to a good enough standard and release it before the end of this month / really early next month!!! <333   

★ why haven't you replied to my dm?

i am so so sorry for how terrible i've been at communicating these past few months - if i haven't replied to you it's possible your message got pushed down - please do feel free to message me again, something like simply an emoji or a 'hey bunny, just bumping up my message' and i'll be able to see it and reply!!! <333  

★ can we get refunds?

i will also say that anyone that wants a full / partial refund of any part of their patreonage will 100000% receive it, just drop me a dm with your paypal + a screenshot of your patreon payments and which ones you would like refunded !!! <333

i will say it over and over, again and again, but i really, really, really love you all so much - without your support i would be nowhere, and i really can't put into words how grateful i am. i sincerely hope that this small period of delays + health issues + general messiness will be over soon and will be just a small, forgetable part of many many years of cute stuffs i'm gonna bring you in the futute <333 i dream of being 100% back on track with our patreon schedule so that i can use all my free time making even more goodies for you all, lots and lots of freebies to apologise for all this craziness eehe <333 again, i love you all so much, please take care!!!
